Even feto d walcott (not verified) could not solve my stinky breath. I mean, apart from bar soap, there wasn’t much to help me with dry mouth and stinky breath!
Even my coworkers noticed my breath, how bad it was, much more than simple morning breath (halitosis). When the chairs next to you are empty in the meeting, it’s a sign, you know.
Hey man, I know my way around, and knew the web would have some people whose own breath stank, who had found out why. I mean, I know about sulfur, how alcohol can turn your breath bad, the many ways food can get stuck way back between the teeth, and rinsing, flossing and brushing, along with dental checkups are the way to go (thanks mayo clinic), but I thought I could rid myself of this thing pretty easy. It’s bacteria after all, right?
So, I visited a local health shop, discovered all these breath products, breath treatments, how all our bad mouth smells are a big problem, and a lot of people are working on fixing it. Looking at the shelf space, bad breath and foul odor are a bigger problem than farts, by golly!
Some people know about that new teeth whitening stuff, so I’m not going to tell you about all the stuff I found out about that, but just so you know, there’s a crap load of junk being sold to folks.
I had already tried to get rid of coffee, brushing more often, using floss, all that, but the thing is I’m not really able to do the tongue scraper thing where I work, such as some suggest (I mean, when I try it, I nearly puke).
The fundamental cause, I think, for a person’s breath to stink, is bacteria, in between the teeth, and may be, it isn’t so easy to take the smell of poop and fart from my mouth. Even the dental hygenist doesn’t get in those tight spots, if you know what I mean.
Luckily, Michelle, this girl at work, told me how bad it was. And she told me about her own experience, and how she and one of her friends have what could be the simplest real fix to get rid of this problem.
What she said hit me like a ton of bricks, cause I remembered how she had it, and knowing this may be what let me trust her advice.
She talked about oxygen, and how it is needed to make things work normally, and how our lives now aren’t really friendly to that.
Then she mentioned this mouthwash called TheraBreath that used oxygen to break down the microscopic particles in between the teeth.
I was totally sold on the idea, cause I remembered how she had that fart mouth smell, and she was really very sincere, so I went off and got some.
And my little problem, I’ll let you know, is no more…gone. It’s a thing of the past, and I think if a few more people knew about this little secret, there’d be a whole lot more people happy in the work place.
And that’s why I wrote this, so anyone finding this doesn’t need to waste any time with all the stuff I tried on my own breath.
